TAT
was developed in the 1990's in America by the acupuncturist
Tapas Fleming. Like EFT it is an Energy Psychology
Technique.
TAT
is an easy process for:
•
Ending traumatic stress. (Now used along with EFT
in war-torn countries for PTSD);
• Reducing allergic reactions;
• Freeing yourself from negative, limiting
beliefs and stopping the inner negative chatter
that keeps you from creating the life you want.
It
combines lightly holding a few acupressure points
whilst being guided to place gentle attention on
a series of thoughts related to the problem.
The
disruption of the energy system clears, leaving
you relaxed and with a different perspective on
your issue, in the same way that EFT does. One of
the advantages of TAT is that issues can be dealt
with more globally. |
